Micromaster Patrols

Was at CSC earlier this afternoon and I managed to find these 3 Micromaster teams/patrols.

Got it at a pretty reasonable price, the 3 were bundled together and set me back $35 in total.

I am not too sure if these 3 were part of a Micromaster find in some warehouse that I heard about sometime last year in roughly like the mid-3rd to early 4th quarter. Hope that some kind soul can tell me about this!

First "impulse" buys for the New Year 2009

Just got myself 2 TFA Deluxe figures @ Metro Paragon today:

Lockdown & Black Arachnia

Metro was having a sale of 3 for SGD $50, but there was only and abundance of Prowls, Lockdowns, Black Arachnias and 1 Oil Slick, of which I already had Prowl and Oil Slick.

It's even cheaper than getting a single deluxe piece for SGD $21.90 each, roughly 20% off the retail price for SGD $26.90.

Luckily I managed to share the 3rd piece with a friend, so I managed to get the 3 for $50 offer.

Anyone has a loose complete TFA Ratchet to let go off?

"Drunk" on Tiramisu

Tiramisu

First time doing the leaf deco, which I think turned out pretty well. Used some baking paper for the template. Am contemplating using silicon paper next time, since baking paper is good for at most 2 or 3 times.

Rosmary Chicken Thigh & Potato Salad

Was wanting to use a different coloured plate but I didn't have any other nice presentable plates around. Since the potato salad is almost the same colour as the plate, white on white, so the colour isn't brought out at all.

Aglio Spaghetti

Aglio Spaghetti with squids, prawns and mushrooms and tossed in a garlic, chilli, lemon zest sauce. Pretty good on it's own but a little grated cheese goes well with it.
